CD274 and neoplasm: A 2016 translational study of N = 140 patients with GCTs reported that, in comparison to GCT patients with lower expression of PD-L1 (80%), patients with high infiltration of PD-L1 positive tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) (20%) were found to have significantly better progression-free survival (HR = 0.40 [0.16–1.01], p = 0.008) and overall survival (HR = 0.43 [0.15–1.23], p = 0.040) [147].
