A recent investigation indicated that a decrease in the expression of sphingosine‐1‐phosphate receptor 1 (S1PR1) and CX3CR1, accompanied by an increase CXCR5 and CXCR6, causes the impairment of NK cell immigration and increases CTLA‐4 and killer cell lectin‐like receptor (KLRC1) levels leads to the impairment of the NK cells' function within the TME of NSCLC [121]. The gene discussed is CXCR6; the disease is non-small cell lung carcinoma.
