NSCLC patients exhibit reduced quantities of peripheral NK cells, characterized by a unique receptor expression pattern featuring decreased levels of NKp30, NKp80, CD16, DNAM1, KIR2DL1, and KIR2DL2, while NKp44, NKG2A, CD69, and HLA‐DR are upregulated. This evidence concerns the gene FCGR3A and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
