In the ROC analysis, the proportion of CD38+CD4+ T cells predicted ILD with an area under the curve (AUC) of 0.910 (95% CI = 0.823-0.997; sensitivity = 85%; specificity = 88%; P < 0.0001), and the cut-off value was 32.18% (Figure 6A).
