CRP and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease: Notably, advanced age, a history of atrial fibrillation or COPD, higher scores on the NIHSS, A2DS2, or KWDT scales, the presence of concurrent ESS, lower eGFR levels, elevated WBC counts, increased CRP levels, higher homocysteine levels, and elevated body temperature were identified as positively associated factors with concurrent iSAP.
