HAVCR1 and coronary stenosis: As seen in Table 2, a positive association was found between levels of urinary KIM-1 and more severe coronary stenosis after adjusting for age, sex, country of birth, and individual cohort (model 1) and after further adjustment for eGFR and albuminuria (Model 2) and also after further adjustment for low-density lipoprotein, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, antihypertensive treatment, anti-hyperlipidemia treatment, diagnosis of diabetes mellitus, antidiabetic treatment, and smoke status (Model 3).
