CD38 and dementia: Patients in the anti-CD38 mAb-exposed group were younger, had better ECOG and Karnofsky performance status, a lower rate of dementia, a higher G8 level, lower ADL and IADL scores, and a lower rate of frailty, were more likely to have an IMWG Frailty Scale score ≥ 2, less likely to have an R-MCI score indicating frailty, and more likely to meet the UKMRA MRP criteria for high-risk disease and to have a Mayo risk score ≥ III.
