PDK1 and ovarian cancer: According to the GO analysis, these DEGs were enriched in terms such as positive regulation of cell migration, gene expression, apoptotic process, extracellular matrix organization, epithelial-mesenchymal transition, protein phosphorylation, and negative regulation of cell proliferation, which also indicated that PDK1 dysregulation is responsible for the malignant phenotypes of ovarian cancer cells (Supplementary Figure S1B).
