To identify the effect of SENP2 on the tumorigenesis of breast cancer, our inquiry extended to the analysis of SENP2 expression levels within diverse breast cancer cell lines, including the human triple-negative breast cancer cell lines BT-549, MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468, the luminal A breast cancer cell lines T47D and MCF-7, and the mouse breast cancer cell line 4T1, and non-cancerous mammary epithelial cell line MCF-10 A as control for comparison. The gene discussed is SENP2; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
