SENP2 and breast carcinoma: Specifically, our studies have illuminated the propensity of SENP2 to enhance cell proliferation and facilitate cell migration and invasion both in vitro and in vivo (Fig. 2 and S2), which is consistent with the previous study of SENP2 in TGF-β-induced breast cancer [18], suggesting the important role of SENP2 in the tumorigenesis of breast cancer.
