Three (8.6%) MEN1 patients had a history of hypercortisolism: 1 patient suffered from bilateral adrenal gland hyperplasia, 1 had ACTH-secreting neuroendocrine tumor in the pancreas and nodular cortical hyperplasia of the adrenal glands, and 1 had ACTH-secreting pituitary adenoma. The gene discussed is MEN1; the disease is neuroendocrine neoplasm.
