The results revealed that the levels of naïve B cells, plasma B cells, CD4 naïve T cells, and monocytes were inversely associated with unfavorable prognosis in patients with glioma, whereas the levels of CD8 T cells, regulatory T cells, M2 macrophages, and neutrophils were positively correlated with poor prognosis (Fig. 1D).
