Firstly, although the results of the signaling pathways showed that AFAP1-AS1/miR-7-5p/EGFR axis induced the phosphorylation of AKT and MAPK in cervical cancer, the direct role of AKT and MAPK signaling pathway still needs to be confirmed by pharmacological block in the further study.
