Meanwhile, western blot results (Fig. 2K,L) showed that overexpressed AFAP1-AS1 prominently elevated the expression of PCNA and enhanced the phosphorylation of MAPK and AKT, indicating that AFAP1-AS1 promoted proliferation and the relationship between AFAP1-AS1 and MAPK signal pathway in cervical cancer. This evidence concerns the gene AFAP1 and cervical carcinoma.
