A recent 2021 non-systematic review compiled available information from 127 studies containing 1023 plaque psoriasis cases that received TNF-α, IL-12/23, IL-17, and IL-23 inhibitors, observing adverse event rates of 4.17%, 9.49%, 12.4%, and 7.37%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene IL17A and psoriasis vulgaris.
