In the univariate analysis, several factors, including sex, age, MAP, respiratory rate, HR, fibrinogen, PLT, WBC, Cr, PT, PTT, INR, ALB, LAC, MI, CHF, CKD, cancer, liver disease, MST, SOFA, APS III, CCI, MV, RRT and NE showed significant association with 28-day mortality (P<0.001). This evidence concerns the gene ALB and congestive heart failure.
