HSP90AA1 and chronic kidney disease: LM49 targets the N‐terminal ATP pocket of heat shock protein 90 alpha family class A member 1 and reduces the interaction of heat shock protein 90 alpha family class A member 1 with HMGB1, thereby further blocking HMGB1 nuclear–cytoplasmic translocation and activation, which provides theoretical evidence supporting the application of LM49 in the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease.
