In contrast, the gene EPB41L2 (1.079, 1.029 − 1.130, P = .001), MYO1F (1.083, 1.004 − 1.168, P = .039), and SSH2 (1.049, 1.015 − 1.083, P = .004) were associated with a higher risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease (Fig. 2). This evidence concerns the gene MYO1F and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease.
