Patients with high lncRNA CBR3-AS1 expression tended to have larger tumor size (large vs small OR = 1.86, 95% CI: 1.32–2.61, P = .0004), more susceptible to lymph node metastasis (yes vs no OR = 2.81, 95% CI: 1.76–4.49, P < .0001), distant metastasis (yes vs no OR = 3.08, 95% CI: 1.82–5.23, P < .0001), and higher tumour, node, metastasis (TNM) stage (III/IV vs I/II OR = 2.81, 95% CI: 1.79–4.43, P < .00001). This evidence concerns the gene CBR3 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
