CD4 and influenza: No significant change in PBMC cytokines was observed in response to a CEFT peptide cocktail [including immunodominant epitopes derived from cytomegalovirus (CMV), Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), influenza, and tetanus toxoid], influenza HA, SARS-CoV-2, and adenoviral vectors (Figure 4F) or to bacterial antigens derived from tetanus and Staphylococcus enterotoxin B (Figure 4G), supporting that MTX-101 may not affect CD4 T-cell responses directed toward a bacterial or viral challenge.
