CXCR3 and lobular neoplasia: MRL/lpr mice treated with hUC-MSCsIL4I1 KD showed weaker effects than hUC-MSCsNC on IFN-γ concentration, CXCL10 level, and CXCR3+ Th1 cell number in the kidneys (Fig. 7e–g and Supplementary Fig. 7b), suggesting a critical role of IL4I1 from hUC-MSCs in regulating the infiltration of CXCR3+ Th1 cells into the kidneys of LN mice.
