The alterations in NET vary by site with pancreatic NETs demonstrating frequent alterations in MEN1, DAXX, ATRX, TSC1, TSC2, CDKN1A, and CDKN1B, as well as recurrent alterations in CDKN2A and SETD2 in metastasis; RB1 and TP53 alterations were absent or rare in these studies [6, 8, 10–12, 17, 23–25].
