Each snRNP consists of a uridine‐rich small nuclear RNA (U snRNA) that ranges from 100 to 300 nucleotides in length, Sm proteins (including SNRPB/B′, D1, D2, D3, E, F, and G), and numerous associated proteins.[26] Key spliceosome‐related genes have been identified and experimentally validated in the context of malignant tumors.[27, 28, 29] As an illustration, SNRPB is known to modulate cisplatin resistance in lung cancer via the ERK signaling pathway.[30] However, the specific spliceosome‐associated genes related to cisplatin resistance are still largely unidentified.
