According to our results, NO-cGMP-PKG pathway among MI rats was inhibited, as demonstrated by the reduced NO metabolites within myocardium (Figure 7C) and decreased PKG protein level (Figures 8A, B) QSYQ groups at different doses significantly recovered NO-cGMP-PKG pathway activation by promoting NO metabolites, PKG and cGMP in MI (Figures 8A–C). This evidence concerns the gene PRKG1 and myocardial infarction.
