Cerebral ischemia associated with vasospasm in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) requires a multifaceted approach. We report the use of the combination of enteral cilostazol and intravenous (IV) high-dose albumin in aSAH patients with cerebral ischemia refractory to other accepted pharmacologic and endovascular treatments. This evidence concerns the gene ALB and Cerebral ischemia.
