Studies have shown that ENG expression is not limited to tumor vessels and increased endoglin expression has been confirmed in some neoplasms including melanoma, leukemias, renal cell carcinoma (RCC), endometrial, ovarian, prostate, breast cancers, and some subtypes of sarcomas [[29], [30], [31], [32], [33]]. Here, ENG is linked to renal cell carcinoma.
