On admission, serum levels of NLRP3 (0.41(0.37, 0.84) vs. 0.36 (0.35, 0.36), p < 0.0001, Figure 3) and IL‐6 (14.13 ± 10.13 vs. 5.58 ± 3.73, p < 0.05, Figure 3) were significantly elevated in severe CVT patients (n = 11) compared to nonsevere CVT patients (n = 10). Here, NLRP3 is linked to congenital vertical talus.
