These DESRGs were mainly enriched in cell fate processes like senescence, cycle, proliferation and apoptosis and were also involved in the regulation of various cancers like bladder cancer, non‐small cell lung cancer, melanoma and pancreatic cancer, as well as in the regulation of tumour‐associated pathways like p53 and IL‐17 signals (Figure 1C,D). This evidence concerns the gene TP53 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
