MMRd-related multicellular pathway modules consist of “Eosinophils in the chemokine network of allergy” in immature goblet, “METAPROGRAM_17_INTERFERON_MHC_II_1” in stemTA-like immature goblet and “METAPROGRAM_6_HYPOXIA” in stemTA-like immature goblet, etc., whereas MMRp related multicellular pathway modules included “METAPROGRAM_B_CELLS_METABOLISM_MYC” in stemTA-like cells, “Cap-dependent translation initiation” in enterocyte 2 and “Nef-mediated downregulation of MHC class I complex cell surface expression” in stemTA-like immature goblet, etc. (Fig. 3a, Supplementary Data 2).
