ABCA1 plays an important role in mediating the transport of VE via high‐density lipoprotein (HDL), at least in rodents, while MTTP and APOB48 are involved in the assembly of chylomicrons within enterocytes.[15] Our results showed that a HF diet did not significantly modulate the expression of any of these genes, at least in the fasting state. The gene discussed is APOB; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
