Testing the migratory behavior of the tumor cells in a platypus assay over a period of four days, we observed that in case of all tested cell lines the GCNT3 kd led to an overall reduction in tumor cell migration (HT29: p=0.0069; GC5023: p=0.0032; PaCa5061: p=0.0058, two-way ANOVA of n=6 per time point, Fig. 5). The gene discussed is GCNT3; the disease is neoplasm.
