The first study focusing on 2307 patients with schizophrenia from the Chinese Antipsychotics Pharmacogenomics Consortium, 1379 from the Chinese Antipsychotics Pharmacogenetics Consortium, 275 healthy controls used several SVM and RF implementations and identified 6 risk genes for schizophrenia (LINC01795, DDHD2, SBNO1, KCNG2, SEMA7A, and RUFY1), which are involved in cortical morphology and were identified as having genetic-epigenetic interactions linked to treatment response [54]. Here, RUFY1 is linked to schizophrenia.
