The results basically showed that the six up-regulated genes (CEP55, E2F2, HMGB2, LDHA, LMNB1, and UBE2C) were positively correlated with immune cells that exhibited higher abundance in AP or EBV infection patients compared to controls, and negatively correlated with immune cells that exhibited lower abundance in AP or EBV infection patients than in controls (Fig 7B and 7C). This evidence concerns the gene CEP55 and Epstein-Barr virus infection.
