A small molecule that inhibits mitochondrial complex I activity named IACS-010759 decreases radiation-induced Tregs, increases activated CD8+ T cells, and, when combined with radiotherapy and anti-PD-1, promotes abscopal responses and prolongs survival in a non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) xenograft mouse model (70).
