The entity “Copper transport disorders” comprises a disparate number of diseases including occipital horn syndrome (OHS, OMIM#304150) formerly called Ehler Danlos syndrome type IX or X-linked cutis laxa, and initially mentioned in the medical literature in 1975,1 beside classical Menkes disease (CMD), ATP7A-related distal motor neuropathy (DMN), and Wilson disease. Here, ATP7A is linked to Motor axonal neuropathy.
