RNF180 and gastric cancer: Researchers investigated the diagnostic potential of RNF180 and SFRP2 in detecting GC by analyzing plasma samples for their methylation; while the sensitivity and specificity of RNF180 were 57.89 % and 23.81 %, respectively, and the sensitivity and specificity of SFRP2 were 71.93 % and 42.86 %, respectively, the combined diagnostic approach of RNF180 and SFRP2 for GC diagnosis had higher sensitivity (85.96 %) and specificity (47.62 %)[46].
