ADRB2 and posterior cortical atrophy: As both ADRB1 and ADRB2 (which code for the Beta1 and Beta2 adrenergic receptors, respectively) are highly expressed in PCa specimen,1 atenolol may have several mechanisms of cancer inhibition including acting on stromal beta‐adrenergic receptors to inhibit angiogenesis and tumour metabolism,9 as well as directly on PCa cells to inhibit migration.26
