GGTLC1 and Decreased liver function: Clinical hepatopathy at the time of FNA was designated if cases met two of the following six criteria (elevated alanine aminotransferase [ALT], alkaline phosphatase [ALP], gamma‐glutamyl transpeptidase [GGT], total bilirubin [tBil], bile acids [BA]), or abnormal hepatic diagnostic imaging findings) or if hepatopathy was listed as a differential on medical records.
