Further analyses for human colorectal cancer scRNA-seq data revealed that HNF4A regulation activity is reduced in LYZ+ human colon cancer cells compared to the LYZ- cancer cells while SOX9 regulation activity is significantly increased (Figure 6J and K) suggesting the key roles of HNF4A and SOX9 in LYZ+ cancer cell formation in human.
