Consistent with the tumor growth curve data in Figure 2, the HVJ-E/OX40 antibody substantially increased CD4 and CD8 T cells both at the target (p < 0.0001) and non-target (p < 0.0014 and p < 0.0496, respectively) lesions, whereas OX40 antibody alone did not alter the proportion of T cells (Figure 3B).
