SMARCA1 and lung carcinoma: Firstly, through analysis of the publicly available proteomic database UALCAN [23], we observed that SNF2L is elevated in multiple tumors, including breast cancer, liver cancer and lung cancers, which indicates that SNF2L may act as an oncogene in these epithelial-origin cancers (hereafter referred to as ‘cancers’) (Fig. S1A).
