In the group of CRC patients older than 50 years, the most common mutations were APC (71 %), TP53 (59 %), TTN (46 %), KRAS (41 %), MUC16 (33 %), SYNE1 (26 %), PIK3CA (25 %), ADGRV1 (20 %), FBXW7 (20 %), and RYR2 (20 %) (Fig. 3A). The gene discussed is KRAS; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
