In female CRC patients, the most common mutations were APC (77 %), TP53 (58 %), TTN (49 %), KRAS (41 %), MUC16 (28 %), SYNE1 (26 %), PIK3CA (25 %), FAT4 (24 % %), ZFHX4 (21 %), and RYR2 (19 %) (Fig. 2B). The gene discussed is FAT4; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
