Liu et al.29identified the most frequently mutated genes of Chinese CRC patients to be TP53, APC, KRAS, SMAD4, FBXW7, and PIK3CA.In this study, however, the most common mutations were APC (79 %), TP53 (61 %), TTN (48 %), KRAS (42 %), SYNE1 (28 %), MUC16 (25 %), PIK3CA (25 %), FAT4 (22 %), RYR2 (19 %), OBSCN (18 %), and ZFHX4 (18 %). Here, TP53 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
