Based on the finding that CD112, CD137L, CD270, CD275, HLA-DR, and GAL9 were more frequently expressed on CD34+ MM cells compared to CD34− MM cells in NDMM and/or RRMM, we next analyzed the expression of their corresponding partner molecules on BM CD3+ T cells in 5 NDMM patients and 5 healthy donors (HD) using flow cytometry.
