We next compared the expression rates (%) of 10 immune-checkpoint molecules (CD86, CD112, CD137 ligand [L], CD200, CD270, CD274, CD275, CD319, HLA-DR, and GAL9) between CD34+ and CD34− MM cells from 19 NDMM patients using flow cytometry.
