CD34 and Miyoshi myopathy: The analysis revealed that genes related to PD-1 signaling were significantly upregulated in CD34+ MM cells compared to CD34− MM cells, with a normalized enrichment score (NES) of 1.66 (> 0, indicating significance) and a false discovery rate (FDR) q-value of 0.009 (q < 0.05, significant) (Fig. 2).
