ZEB1 promotes tumorigenesis and metastasis in hepatocellular carcinoma by activating target gene transcription.35 In addition, a LINC00511/miR-524-5p/YB1/ZEB1 positive feedback mechanism enhances glioblastoma cell proliferation, EMT, and invasion.36 In OC, ZEB1 activates the transcription of glucose transporter 3 by interacting with its promoter region, facilitating cancer progression and metastasis.15 Therefore, we predicted the transcription factors of SRSF9 via the JASPAR website, and interestingly, we found that ZEB1 is a potential transcription factor of SRSF9. The gene discussed is ZEB1; the disease is cancer.
