Correlations between risk scores and both pro-tumor factors and stem cell indices were next assessed, revealing that risk scores and the 9 core genes were all strongly positively correlated with MIK67, CTNNB1, KRAS, TP53, and RNAsi, whereas they were not correlated with IDH1 or DNAsi (Figure 11A).
