CXCL9 and dermatomyositis: Seven other proteins had a fold change > 3.0 in DM patients compared to their matched healthy controls: S100 calcium binding protein A12 (S100A12; or ENRAGE), CXCL9 (MIG), nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT; or visfatin), C-C motif chemokine ligand 8 (CCL8; or MCP2), heat shock protein family A member 1 A (HSPA1A; or Hsp70), lactotransferrin (LTF) and S100A6 (alarmin).
