Intriguingly, among the 86 differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and 176 target genes, a select group of 12 consensus genes emerged (PROM2, SLC2A3, SLC2A1, PTEN, LIFR, EGR1, ACADSB, WWTR1, ANO6, TXNIP, NRAS, and PRKCA), indicating their significance in cervical cancer (Figure 7H and Table 3). Here, TXNIP is linked to cervical carcinoma.
