CIBERSORT showed the proportion of 22 immune cell subsets in the 375 TCGA-STAD samples, among which macrophages, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells are the main components of the immune microenvironment of gastric cancer tumors, (Figure 7A), indicating that these three types of cells play an important role in the occurrence and development of gastric tumors. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and gastric neoplasm.
