In B/plasma cells in the blood of patients with SS-ILD, the enriched terms were mainly related to antigen presentation and proteasome 20S subunit beta 8 (PSMB8), a gene located in the class II region of the major histocompatibility complex and induced by IFNγ, suggesting the influence of IFNγ on various cells (Figure 6D, Supplementary Figure 7F). The gene discussed is IFNG; the disease is synovial sarcoma.
