This confirms that the expression of GLUL is increased substantially in Dicer 2E (Figure 8A,B), demonstrating that phosphorylation at Dicer S1728E/S1852E affects the expression of glutamine synthetase in pancreatic cancer cells through the regulation of miR-29a-5p and miR-140-5p, thereby influencing glutamine metabolism balance and further increasing intracellular glutamine concentration. This evidence concerns the gene GLUL and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
