While there are no data that point to specific antigens, and certainly no data that directly connects the status of blood-sourced TRB polypeptides to an immune response against these two cancers, overall the intrinsic disorder approaches that provided the OS distinctions in this report raise the question of whether there is a specific antigen, or a relatively small set of antigens, that is the target of the TRB variable regions associated with better OS. This evidence concerns the gene THRB and cancer.
