In our analysis, we identified nine genes that were significantly correlated with motor recovery following stroke: Npff, latent transforming growth factor beta-binding protein 2, and elastin showed positive correlations, whereas synaptotagmin 11, RAS guanyl releasing protein 1, scavenger receptor class B member 2, myotrophin, potassium inwardly rectifying channel subfamily J member 3, and signal peptidase complex subunit 3 exhibited negative correlations. This evidence concerns the gene SYT11 and stroke disorder.
