Although the available evidence is still preliminary, and the studies screened employed different methods for estimating the diagnostic accuracy, it was comparable with the reference standard in most cases with hormone-receptor-negative/HER-2 positive and TN BC patients showing a higher number of lesions and greater PSMA expression (assessed both in vitro and in vivo) compared to hormone receptor-expressing malignancies [20,21,22,23,24,25].
